  Ⅳ.教学单词:actor 和actress

  教师利用课件同时出示男演员和女演员的照片,让学生进行比较,教师逐一提问:

  T: Who is he/ she ?Ss:He/She isZengZhiwei/….

  T: They act on the TV show.(出示act)

  What dose he /she do ?

  引导学生回答:He /She is an actor/actress.

  用不同颜色标出actor ,actress前用an,后缀用了or和ress。(板书:an actor an actress) 利用对比,使学生易于理解actor 和actress 的含义,运用不同色笔的板书,使学生一目了然地掌握a 与an 的用法。

  Ⅴ.利用课件出示“英语小知识”:

  在英语中,有些职业由男士和女士去做,却有不同的名称,除了actor 和actress 以外,还有其他的,例如:policeman(男警察) 和policewoman (女警察);waitor (男侍应)和 waitress (女侍应)等。 在教学中穿插英语小知识,巩固了学生对知识的理解,又增加了学生的课外知识,增添了英语的趣味性。

  Ⅵ.利用图片教学单词:artist

  T: He likes art . (出示art) What does he do?

  让学生猜,并引导学生回答:ST:He is an artist.(板书:an artist) 利用直观教学并设疑,激发学生的求知欲,化难为易。

  Ⅶ.听录音,跟读单词。 借助多媒体音、形、色、图文并茂的优势,为学生提供真实的语言环境,纠正学生的读音。

  Ⅷ.Play a game: “快听快拍”。

  两人一组出黑板前,老师出示单词卡,其余同学读单词,这两人听音拍单词图片,拍得又快又多的为胜者。

  采用游戏活动可以活跃课堂气氛,激发学生参与的积极性与主动性,有利于巩固新单词,又训练了听说能力。

  Practice Ⅰ.Let’s chant:

  What does she do? What does she do?

  Singer,singer,she is a singer.

  What does he do? What does he do?

  TV reporter, TV reporter,he is a TV reporter.

  What does she do? What does she do?

  Writer, wtiter,she is a wtiter.

  What does he do? What does he do?

  Actor, actor,he is an actor.

  What does she do? What does she do?

  Actress,actress,she is an actress.

  What does he do? What does he do?

  Artist, artist,he is an arist. 通过把本节课的重点单词和重点句型编成一段chant,师生齐拍手唱,既能巩固所学知识,又能活跃课堂气氛,把课堂推向一个高潮。

  Ⅱ. 学生四人小组运用句型:What does your father/motner do? 互问家长的工作情况。 通过小组活动,加深了对单词与句型的运用,培养了学生的口头表达能力和合作精神。

  Ⅲ.Make a survey:

  T: Your parents’ jobs are very great. What are you going to be ?

  S1: I am going to be ….

  T: Now let’s make a survey. (出示表格,让学生调查班上的同学,完成表格,并作报告。)

  Name What are you going to be ?

  Reporter: Hello.I am …. Iam going to be a/an…. … is going to be a /an …. 调查活动的设计是对本节课教学内容的巩固,人人参与活动体现了教学面向全体,关注个体的理念。同时,教育学生从小树立自己的理想,认真学习,为实现自己的目标而奋斗。
